I am convinced of the benefit of using food and sensible lifestyle changes to enhance health and well-being. I have personal knowledge of how stress and the wrong diet can lead to ill health. I studied nutrition and using the advise I received and the knowledge I gained I avoided having to take traditional medication and now over 15 years on I am still enjoying good health without medication.

My experience and the changes I had to go through convinced me that nutrition is the best way to take care of our health.

I have the unique skills to support my customers at whatever stage they are at – to help them find good health and well-being.

I am a mother of three (now grown up) kids. My first experience of using alternative therapy was the use of homeopathy to support my children’s health. The results were amazing with all children benefitting greatly and much reduced visits to the doctor. I was so inspired I trained as a reflexologist and have a huge interest in aromatherapy.
I was always interested in cooking and would now cook mostly from basic wholefood ingredients – this is key in my belief to long term health benefits.

I recently completed a cooking course on low GL (low sugar) plant based cooking – this has only increased my awareness of the mantra ‘we are what we eat’.

I have developed my skills to support customers on an ongoing basis – to help them find good health and well-being.

  • Ongoing CPD (continuous professional development) course on supplements and their health benefits
  • Fully qualified reflexologist
